The operator is responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal data within the meaning of the German Data Privacy Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). The operator has implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. Any personal data is used in compliance with the applicable data privacy provisions. Below you will find the needed information of how personal data is handled in relation to this website. Find below a description which data is being collected, how it is being used and what rights you have in terms of the use of your data:

A. Scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data when visiting this website

With every visit to this website there is information being stored temporarily in so called log-files (access-log, error-log) that are saved on the hosting server (provider: HostEurope). The following data is automatically recorded without any action on your part and stored for a period of six months:

–Date and time of access,
–Name and URL of the accessed file,
–Operating system of your computer and the browser that you use,
–IP address.

This data is collected and processed for the purposes of facilitating use of this website (creating the connection), guaranteeing long-term system security and stability, for technical administration and optimising this web service, and for internal statistical purposes. The data will be deleted automatically after a period of six months.

In addition, there are also cookies created during visiting this site. You can find more detailed information on cookies at paragraph 2.E., further below.

B. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

There will be no transfer of personal data to third parties until the user has expressly agreed to this or if the operator will be under a legal obligation to do so. Transfer to third parties for other purposes will not take place.

C. Right to Information, Correction, Blocking and Deletion

You have a right to information regarding your personal data as well as a right to correct incorrect data, or to block and delete such data. For information on your personal data, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data blocked or deleted, or for further questions on the use of your personal data, please contact the operator.

D. Data Protection

There will be no analysis of personal data (e.g., name, address or e-mail address). If personal data is being collected, this only occurs, to the extent possible, with the prior consent of the user of the website, or by for example sending an email to the operator. The operator makes use of appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect any stored personal data against manipulation, partial or total loss, and unauthorised access by third parties. The used security measures are being continually improved in line with technological developments.

It is important to understand that the transmission of any data via the Internet, like for example by e-mail, can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard data completely against third parties access. The operator cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities.

The use by third parties of all published contact details for the purpose of advertising is expressly excluded. The operator reserves the right to take legal steps in the case of the unsolicited sending of advertising information; e.g. by means of spam mail.

This website makes use of several embedded services from external parties. The operator of this site has no influence on any data transfer that relates to those embedded services. The use of these services is in the interest of making this website more appealing and informative and to provide certain functions of the dedicated plugin. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

D.1. Data protection provisions about the application and use of YouTube

On this website, the operator has integrated components of YouTube. YouTube is an Internet video portal that enables video publishers to set video clips and other users free of charge, which also provides free viewing, review and commenting on them. YouTube allows you to publish all kinds of videos, so you can access both full movies and TV broadcasts, as well as music videos, trailers, and videos made by users via the Internet portal. The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. The YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this Internet site, which is operated by the operator and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) was integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted to download a display of the corresponding YouTube component. Further information about YouTube may be obtained under https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/en/. During the course of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google gain knowledge of what specific sub-page of our website was visited by the data subject.

If the data subject is logged in on YouTube, YouTube recognises with each call-up to a sub-page that contains a YouTube video, which specific sub-page of our Internet site was visited by the data subject. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the data subject.

YouTube will receive information through the YouTube component that the data subject has visited this website, if the data subject at the time of the call to this website is logged in on YouTube; this occurs regardless of whether the person clicks on a YouTube video or not. If such a transmission of this information to YouTube and Google is not desirable for the data subject, the delivery may be prevented if the data subject logs off from their own YouTube account before a call-up to this website is made.

YouTube’s data protection provisions, available at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/, provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.

D.3. Data protection provisions about the application and use of Google and relating services and plugins

This website makes use of several Google services and plugins including the following:

Google Calendar: A calendar service provided by Google. Google utilises the data collected to track and examine the use of this site, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

To use one or more of the services mentioned above, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is generally trans-mitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Through your visit of the webpage that has those services embedded Google will be able to collect personal data in form of Cookies and Usage Data. With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this Internet site, which is operated by the operator and on which a Google component was integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted to download a display of the corresponding Google component. During the course of this technical procedure, Google gains knowledge of what specific sub-page of our website was visited by the data subject.

If the data subject is logged in on Google, Google recognises with each call-up to a sub-page that contains a Google service, which specific sub-page of our Internet site was visited by the data subject. This information is collected by Google and assigned to the respective Google account of the data subject.

Google will receive information through the Google component that the data subject has visited this website, if the data subject at the time of the call to this website is logged in on Google; this occurs regardless of whether the person clicks on the provided Google content or not. If such a transmission of this information to Google is not desirable for the data subject, the delivery may be prevented if the data subject logs off from their own Google account before a call-up to this website is made.

Google uses the data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

Further information about handling user data, can be found in the data protection declaration of Google at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google services are operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
